I'm sorry but I honestly don't understand that explanation (maybe since I'm not a native english speaker), could you elaborate?

Based on the measurements of the triumph tool to be even the left side measurement should be 18.375 mm shorter.
I have mine at 18.80 mm shorter on the left side and the belt wanders from left to right on the pulley.

I just meassured my triumph tool and for me the difference left to right should be 18.415 mm according to this calculation from the tool:
RH: 44.85, LH: 8.02: 22.425 - 4.010 => The tool is 18.415 mm longer on the RH side.
I then measured the adjustment on the bike as you showed in your photos and got it 0.6 mm stronger on the RH side which is quite similar to what you got and my belt runs slightly to the left in the rear pulley.

Yes still doing them. Only I have to get some more built up. Been ultra busy on my normal stuff so these are running a bit slow. I also have some more Ali throttle tubes going through after a few people have showed interest - and I need one for my speedy
